Our platform is used by major hotel groups across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. As we scale internationally, we are building a world-class team and looking for a Senior Director of People & Culture to lead our global people strategy, talent development, and employee experience. The Director of People & Culture will lead all HR and talent initiatives across the company. This role will partner directly with the executive leadership team to build scalable HR infrastructure, support global hiring, and develop programs that attract, retain, and grow top talent. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building a high-performance culture while supporting the rapid growth of MS Shift. Align talent planning with company growth and expansion Talent Acquisition Lead recruiting strategy across Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations Build scalable hiring processes and employer branding Employee Experience & Culture Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement Build training and leadership programs for managers and executives Implement performance management and career development frameworksHR Operations Oversee HR policies, compliance, benefits, and compensation programs Support hiring and team expansion across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia 10+ years of HR / People leadership experience~ Strong experience in global hiring and HR operations~ Ability to build HR infrastructure in a fast-growing company~ Experience supporting international teams and remote workforces Background in hospitality technology, enterprise SaaS, or B2B platforms Experience building People Operations from growth stage
