Remote Telehealth RN - Compassionate Patient Care

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our telehealth Central Operations team, delivering remote outreach to Medicare members and ensuring compliance with new Stars measures. You will support ED discharge follow-ups and contribute to additional HEDIS measures while maintaining high-quality virtual care. Typical schedule includes Monday–Friday, 12:30 pm–9:00 pm with one Saturday per month. Strong EMR skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a
