Work Environment: This position is primarily onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients during their rehabilitation journey. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical condition and functional abilities, using state-of-the-art assessment tools and techniques. Develop and implement customized treatment plans that include a blend of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational resources tailored to each patient's specific needs. Monitor and adjust therapy regimens based on patient progress, utilizing objective measures to track recovery milestones. Provide ongoing support and motivation to patients, fostering a positive environment that encourages their active participation in the rehab process. Document patient outcomes and therapy sessions accurately and promptly to maintain compliance with health regulations and enhance continuity of care. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a diverse range of patients in various stages of recovery, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your role is critical in helping individuals regain both their physical capabilities and confidence, thus enabling them to return to their daily activities and hobbies.

Qualifications: Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Possession of a current or pending license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida. Demonstrated strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or home care setting focused on orthopedic rehabilitation. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities that promote recovery and patient engagement. Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
