Director of Outbound Engagement

Key responsibilities: Execute the operational strategy and roadmap for the Outbound function Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders to develop and implement successful programs and initiatives Establish performance metrics aligned with business objectives and drive operational performance to meet ambitious goalsRequired qualifications 5+ years of experience leading operations across multiple workstreams Proven ability to drive new initiatives and achieve direct business outcomes Experience managing and developing high-performing teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to establish quantitative goals Healthcare or health insurance experience is a plus
