Index Rolls & Rates Trader for Options Market Making

Maven, a market-leading proprietary trading firm in Chicago, seeks an ambitious Index Rolls Trader for its Options Market Making team. You will manage index rolls and rate exposures, across front and back expiries, while collaborating with developers to enhance trading and hedging infrastructure. With 2–5 years' experience trading index rolls and a strong grasp of options markets, you will identify P&L opportunities and own end-to-end trajectories in a fast-moving, opportunistic environment.
