Senior M&A Integration Counsel AI-Driven Growth

Procore is seeking a Senior Counsel, M&A Integration to architect and lead the end-to-end legal integration of acquired companies into the Procore ecosystem. You will coordinate with Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Product & Technology, Revenue Operations, Sales, Security, People, Finance, and LRC teams to drive integration strategy and execution. You will apply a deep legal, project management, and AI-first mindset to accelerate time-to-value, manage risk, and scale repeatable
