Location: Irving, TX (In-Person)

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000

With a client-centered and evidence-based approach, our team includes licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and provider support specialists who work together to deliver holistic, results-driven care. We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team at our Irving location. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in an environment that supports both clinical excellence and personal well-being.

Responsibilities: Provide psychological services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and consultation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans. Deliver services using evidence-based practices and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Participate in program development to enhance service delivery across the clinic. Engage and motivate clients, including those who may be hesitant about therapy.

Education: Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.

Licensure: Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Texas (required).

Experience: Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments.

Skills: Strong communication, cultural competency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits: Annual based salary with quarterly bonus eligibility
