What You'll DoProvide Direct Client Care: Maintain exceptional care standards, monitor outcomes, and ensure clinical compliance. Lead & Inspire: Mentor psychologists, therapists, and support staff, cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture. Drive Clinic Success: Develop local strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance. Collaborate with Leadership: Act as a key link between your clinic and corporate leadership. Engage the Community: Foster strong relationships with local partners and represent the clinic at events.

What We're Looking For: Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in the state of Texas. Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak. Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for delivering high‐quality, compassionate care.
