Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead credit, collections, and accounts receivable strategy. Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits and payment terms. Oversee collections, bad debt reserves, write-offs, cash application, and AR reporting. Develop and maintain credit policies and procedures. Manage construction-related credit matters, including mechanic's liens, bankruptcies, sureties, and contracts. Partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, and leadership on credit and risk matters. Lead, coach, and develop Credit and AR team members. Drive process and technology improvements across the department.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. 8+ years of credit/AR experience, including responsibility for portfolios of $100M+. Strong knowledge of credit analysis, collections, and credit risk. Knowledge of mechanic's liens and construction-related credit laws. Construction, infrastructure, heavy civil, or materials industry experience strongly preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Compensation
