Partner Manager, Partner Ramp Program Eastridge Workforce Solutions is committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking a Partner Manager, Partner Ramp Program to support our client's team.
Location: Remote (CST or EST preferred)
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $190.00 – $190.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employment Type: Temporary, 1 year, with possible extension or conversion; start date 10/6/2026 or 11/3/2026FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday; CST or EST time zone preferred
Job Summary:
  • Take first calls with partners referred by sales leadership and the partnerships team, and decide whether each moves into the program or to standard onboarding
  • Run accepted partners through a 45-day plan: certify at least ten people, register customer deployments, document three deployments, and prepare for a delivery readiness review
  • Track each partner's progress, flag stalls early, and recommend at day 45 whether the partner moves to ongoing coverage or back to standard support
  • Manage a light-touch pool of partners who meet program criteria but aren't yet ready for ongoing coverage, sharing updates and resources and watching for readiness
  • Introduce ready partners to account executives and partner sales managers for co-selling
  • Run the program at volume using AI-based playbooks, skills, and trackers, and recommend ways to improve them
  • Assess a large group of partners to identify high-potential candidates, with a heavy coaching and training component
Requirements:
  • Partner management experience, whether from a sales, delivery, or mixed background (5+ years preferred; flexible for the right fit)
  • Services or consulting background, ideally with systems integrators, and strong coaching, training, and relationship-building skills
  • General CRM experience and tech fluency; able to manage high-volume written/instant communication and adapt quickly to ambiguity
  • Daily hands-on use of AI tools; process-oriented, curious, and highly organized
  • Experience with large partner ecosystems (e.g., traditional SI, Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS) strongly preferred
  • Action-oriented self-starter comfortable with an "ask forgiveness, not permission" mindset in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Clear, direct communicator able to give candid, constructive feedback and build process from scratch
