The Tour Coordinator/Enrollment Counselor reports to the Director of Admissions and is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all campus tours, family/individual visits, and open house/high school visitation days.. Select and supervise student ambassadors and tour guides.. Disseminate enrollment materials and information to prospective students, parents, high school counselors, churches, alumni, and other civic organizations both in-state and out-of-state at local and national fairs.. Make decisions on admission of high school applicants; serve as the liaison between students and high school counselors; process freshman applications, re-admit applicants, and transfer students; coordinate interviews and counseling sessions with prospective students and their parents; and assist with registration.. Bachelor's degree is required, graduate of a four-year college or university and at least one year experience working as an officer in enrollment, in an enrollment office at post-secondary institution of higher learning; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
