MUSC Health is looking for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider interested in working in an innovative sickle cell center for adult patients.. Services are based within the MUSC Health Pee Dee Organization at our Kingstree S,C Sickle Cell Urgent Care Center and supported by an interdisciplinary team who will provide comprehensive medical care specialty services including implementation of evidence-based and disease modifying therapies, embedded mental health services, intensive case management and social work services, recreational therapies, and infusion services lead by a physician medical director.. AGPNP/ANP (Adult Gerontology Primary Care NP or Adult NP): Adult pts (13 years to death), stable chronic disease state management or primary care setting.. FNP (Family NP): (birth to death) Stable chronic disease state management, primary care across the lifespan.. AGACNP/ACNP (Adult Gerontology Acute Care NP/Acute Care Nurse Practitioner): Adult pts (13 years to death), acutely ill or injured, potentially unstable, or technologically dependent (vents, drips, monitors, etc.)
