The JCC creates a vibrant and inclusive social hub with program areas focused on fostering connection, community, and well-being that includes: a robust aquatics, fitness, and tennis center, an early learning school, family and early childhood programs, arts and culture, day and overnight camps, and engagement programming for teens, young adults, seniors, and diverse communities. The CDO will ensure that all fund development efforts support building a strong donor base through thoughtful cultivation and stewardship of donors through all fundraising activities to include major gifts, planned gifts, annual giving, grant management, endowments, corporate/foundation support, and special events. Supervise the development staff of 3: Director of Major & Corporate Giving, Major Gifts Officer, Development Coordinator.. The Emergency Department Clinical Social Worker 2 WIP position delivers discharge planning and social work services during normal business hours and the entire hospital after hours.. This position requires interaction with a variety of patient populations including, but not limited to, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.. The Emergency Department Clinical Social Worker 2 WIP position provides direct intervention with patients and families and jointly with the health care team, provides assessment, problem solving, advocacy, community referrals and crisis intervention services.. Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Virginia preferred. Negotiates and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, community resources and payers to facilitate timely and cost-effective discharge plans that enhance appropriate health and social services in the continuum of care.

POSITION TITLE: RN HIV Case Manager/Clinical Care. Job Summary: The RN HIV Case Manager/Clinical Care is a member of the multidisciplinary HIV Care Team. The RN Case Manager is primarily responsible for assisting clients with their health and wellness and works in partnership with the Social Work Case Manager and the Medical Provider to assist clients with their health and wellness. The RN HIV Case Manager/Clinical Care provides nursing assessment/reassessment and provides nurse consultation to other members of the client’s Care Team, developing care plans, performing nursing interventions and providing client advocacy with the health care system. At least two (2) years of RN Case Management experience, including development of care plans required. Demonstrated proficiency with all tasks on the most current RN HIV Case Manager and RN Clinical Care competency list.

Position Description: To provide intensive, in-home and community-based counseling, and CPST services to children and their families. The qualified licensed clinician will provide behavioral health counseling, assessments, as well as develop strength based engagement with children and families in need of services. A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy an LSW, LPC, or MFT and prior experience in the delivery of mental health services in the home/community to children and families with complex needs is essential.

The Donor Relations Officer assumes a key role in the strategic development of major gift activities including identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospects and donors..
