The Agile Program Manager is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating interrelated work in a way that emphasizes the delivery of value for teams, stakeholders, and organizations. Agile program level management combines principles of classic project management and agile scrum, planning for key initiatives with scope definitions, detailed project plans and timelines, then working with the scrum teams to divide that plan into consumable user stories, incorporating agile concepts such as scope flexibility, transparency and deep connection to the customer. 10-15 years of relevant Agile Program Management experience required in lieu of Bachelors' Degree.. Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), Agile Project Management (IC Agile) or Agile Certified Practitioner (Project Management Institute) desired. 7-10 years of traditional Waterfall IT project management experience, including 5 or more years managing enterprise projects
