Agile program level management combines principles of classic project management and agile scrum, planning for key initiatives with scope definitions, detailed project plans and timelines, then working with the scrum teams to divide that plan into consumable user stories, incorporating agile concepts such as scope flexibility, transparency and deep connection to the customer. 10-15 years of relevant Agile Program Management experience required in lieu of Bachelors' Degree..
