- Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and maintaining sterile technique
- Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Document patient care accurately in compliance with protocols
- Support hospital policies and quality standards throughout shifts
- What You NeedValid RN license for the state of MichiganBLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in operating room or surgical nursing
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
