Use clinical judgment to assess, diagnose, and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions. Monitor and care for patients recovering from cardiovascular procedures and cardiac surgery. Support the care of patients with congestive heart failure and electrophysiology-related conditions. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, effective patient outcomes. Apply evidence-based nursing practices while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in status, and respond appropriately.
