Labor & Employment Associate — NY Litigation & Compliance

Cozen O'Connor in New York seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of labor and employment experience to join the firm's New York office. The ideal candidate will represent employers in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and before government agencies. Preferred experience includes discrimination, harassment, retaliation claims, wage and hour disputes including class actions, compliance with the FMLA/ADA, breach of contract, and enforcement of noncompete agreements.
