Strategic CSM - Tier-1 FinTech (Remote)

Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of roughly 20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will partner with executives to drive retention, expansion, and measurable ROI using our AI-powered communications platform. You will own onboarding, adoption, risk mitigation, and cross-functional advocacy while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure successful outcomes. Travel up to 25% as needed.
