Location: Remote/Virtual within the continental US. This position requires someone with extensive experience in all aspects of fundraising, including, but not limited to, identifying and cultivating individual, corporate, and foundation donors, as well as managing major gifts, planned giving, capital campaigns, special events, and grant writing. As a fully remote organization, we rely on regular in-person gatherings to fulfill core business functions, including strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and culture-building. Lead and manage all aspects of fundraising, including direct marketing, individual giving, capital campaigns, major gifts, and endowments/bequests, ensuring all fundraising activities are effectively coordinated and implemented. Extensive professional experience (15+ years) in nonprofit development and fundraising, with in-depth knowledge and experience in all channels of fundraising, identifying and cultivating individual, corporate, and foundation donors, as well as managing major gifts, planned giving, capital campaigns, annual fund, special events, and grant writing
