The Prevention Program Supervisor develops, leads, supports the Prevention Team which consists of prevention case management and services supporting prevention practice for the Children and Family Services Division.. This position is responsible for partnering with the Prevention Manager for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating prevention programs/practices to ensure high-quality, effective prevention services and supports are provided to children, youth, and families to prevent unnecessary family disruption, prevent involvement in the child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems, and to increase/strengthen families’ protective capacities..
